Okay, had to revise these a little, mainly for more clarity, so here goes.

General Rules

These apply to photographs taken of locations, architecture, plants or animals

1. You may use the images complete or in part for reference or manipulation in whatever way you like, no restrictions apply

2. You may use any of the above mentioned type of photograph in DA prints, I do not require you to ask for permission

3. Please link me to the finished artwork for me to admire and possibly fave it


Model Specific Rules

These apply to ANY photographs taken of people and poses with or without requisites

1. You may use the images, complete or in part, for pose reference or manipulation, UNLESS model specific restrictions are mentioned in the description of the shot in question

2. Macabre and Horror are always allowed (I like horror!!), however anything pornographic or pornographically suggestive is not

3. The images may be used in DA prints, however I require you to notify me and get my written permission

4. Again, please link me to the finished piece for oogling measures

5. While crediting me is an optional thing where the first category of images is concerned, I DO ask you to credit me for model shots by linking back to my main page and optionally to the specific image you used

6. Model shots are for use on DA. If you wish to use any of the images featuring persons in projects outside DA, please contact me with the type of work you are aiming for and get my written permission first
